Speaking & workshops

Stories have the power to change minds, build community, and move people to action. I work with institutions and organizations to bring that power into the room as a speaker and workshop facilitator.

I've spoken at the University of California Los Angeles, the New York Public Library, Wendy’s Subway, and SAA in New York City. As an educator, I’ve led months-long writing workshops as part of the NEA Big Read Program, March for Our Lives’ Book Club, and at prisons and high schools schools across the U.S.
